Toytally Cool Gifts Pty Ltd is an Australian owned and run business established in September 2018.
Over time, we have partnered with some incredible suppliers to enable us to offer a diverse range of toys, collectibles and premium apparel. We aim to provide our customers exclusive access to these totally cool products whilst remaining competitively priced.
Our head office is located in Bella Vista, Sydney NSW 2153.

We respect your privacy and will only ever request for information to finalise your order. We will not disclose your personal details to any other third parties without your written consent.

How long will shipping take ?
When your purchase is finalised and payment has been made, you will receive a notification that your order has been shipped. Shipping Countries and Delivery Times
Is there a warranty on my items ?
We have a 14 day cooling off period if the original packaging is intact and the box is unopened. You will need to send the item back to our warehouse, with the receipt or proof of purchase. Upon receiving the returned item, we will issue a refund using the same method of transaction for your purchase. Please refer to the full Terms of Use for further detail.
How do pre-orders work?
When you see the ‘pre-order’ option available for an item, it means that it will be sourced on demand from our suppliers when you order them. Products typically have this status when we have low stock levels or if we do not actively offer this product but it is available to order.
Please note that this estimated delivery time is based on manufacturer shipping times and supplier availability and can be subject to change. If it appears that your order will not be dispatched on time, you will be informed as soon as possible. During the pre-order stage you will also be offereed the opportunity to cancel your order at that time,
Does Toytally Cool Gifts offer Click & Collect?
At this stage, we offer Click & Collect for our Castle Hill, NSW location.
Click & Collect allows you to purchase items through the Toytally Cool Gifts website and collect them during our dedicated pick up times.
When you place your order on our website, you must select the Click & Collect option and a pick up time during checkout. The following list of pick up times will be presented:
Thursday: 10 am – 2 pm
Friday: 10 am – 2 pm
Appointments must be made for collection outside these hours.
There is no extra charge for Click & Collect.
Can someone else pick up my Click & Collect order?
Yes, if you'd like someone else to pick up your order you'll need to nominate them during the online checkout process so that their name appears on the item/s when they're prepared for collection.
Upon collection, the nominated person will need to provide the order number and a valid physical photo ID for themselves (current passport or driver's license).
Proof of age is required to collect items containing MA15+ and R18+ rated content
